At MD for Kids, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless customer experience.
1. Returns
We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition and packaging.
2. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we are happy to offer a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Digital products (eBooks, downloads, etc.)
- Items marked as final sale
- Used or damaged items not due to our error
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
