Great children’s book about sleep

Loved reading this as a bedtime story with our daughter! Turns out that there is a lot of fun information to learn about sleep, such as the different stages of sleep and types of brain waves. I would bet that most adults don’t know this information, and it’s presented in a way that’s very fun and easy to understand for kids. The book itself is beautiful and very well written, and our daughter loves it. Definitely the perfect way to introduce the importance of bedtime to kids!

Simple and fun introduction to sleep!

What an incredible book about sleep and the perfect bedtime story for kids! My wife and I are always trying to teach our toddlers to go to bed early, and this book has really helped them understand the importance of sleep. Our sons loved learning about how we have different phases of sleep, such as NREM and REM, and how dreams can occur during REM sleep. The illustrations were colorful, cute, and engaging for my kids. I would highly recommend this book to any families and children interested in learning more about sleep.
