Vital Organ Systems Boxed Book Set

My 4 year old is obsessed with these books! We read them so much. He wants the other 25 books. This is a great series that explains things well and in a way kids understand. Enough "big words" to sound important and enough description that it isn't confusing. The favorite book series right now.

My wife and I have searched long and hard for educational books that can teach our toddlers about health, science, and medicine. And while we have amassed quite the collection, these books are by far the most beautiful, well-written, and educational books we have ever seen. We love how they teach kids real concepts in cardiology, pulmonology, gastroenterology, and nephrology using the proper vocabulary and terminology (rather than oversimplify things) in ways they can easily understand. Our toddlers are hooked on these books! Many times we have found them sitting in their rooms flipping through the pages of these books on their own. This book set is definitely a must-have for every child’s bookshelf around the world.

I got this book set for my nieces but couldn’t help take a look myself. The books are well illustrated with cute characters, and simple medical illustrations that make it easy for anyone to read, not just kids.The books are detailed in what they describe, but its not difficult to understand! I think these would be great for kids who are interested in the medical field (or want to know what Mom or Dad do!). I highly recommend them!

I’ve shown this book set to neighbors, friends, and family, and everyone who has seen this has been absolutely blown away! The illustrations are gorgeous, and the text is well-written and easy to understand. Many other books about medicine aren’t written by physicians or are watered down too much to the point they are not educational, but these books have the perfect level of detail. I love the glossary and pronunciation guide at the end each book, as well as the review questions that encourage active learning. Lastly, the books themselves are made of high-quality materials and come in a beautiful, sturdy slip case. I think this is the perfect gift!

I got these books for my two year old and four year old and at first I was worried it would be too technical for them, but they were actually fascinated and sat on my lap paying attention to each book from beginning to end. I never would have thought a two year old would pay attention to the intricacies of an explanation of how a nephron works, but the books are written in such a way that it engages and entertains children. I love the pictures and the material itself is well written and highly educational and would probably be beneficial for a lot of adults/patients if they do not come from a medical background. I need to buy more books from these authors! Very well done

I am so impressed! I’m a doctor (both internal medicine for adults and pediatrics). I love educating kids- my patients and my own children- about health and medicine. I was completely amazed at how much content was covered in one book, so simply my 4 and 5 year old were totally into it, yet also so accurate and covered so much- even a quiz at the end. I can’t wait to get ALL the books in the series!

Wow! I love this book set. I'm an adult and I'm learning so much from these books. It makes everything really easy to understand for kids and everyone. This is the only one in the series that comes as a set AND are also hardcovers. The others are sold individually and are paperbacks. I wish they had more sets as individually these books are pricey but still worth it. Buying as a set will save you some money. I love that at the end of the book there is a vocabulary list and also a test with answers on the following page so you can see how well you know the information. These books are done so well. Everyone should have a set of these books so that they have basic medical knowledge whether or not they plan to go into the medical field. I plan to buy them all at some point. Bravo! Bravo!

My 3 and 5 year old love it!

These books are great. My 6 year old is fascinated by the illustrations and the medical terms. Even I learn something from these books and I’m a healthcare professional. I wish they can write an ENT one soon.

What a great set! I love the hardcover version of these books and being able to expose my kids to medicine at a relatively early age. They are all very educational and easy to understand. Works well as gifts too!

I'm a huge fan of this series and get them all the time for children's presents. To now have some of their books available in a boxed set AND in hardcover is amazing! I've already gotten this set for some friends for their kids' back-to-school gift and look forward to seeing more sets in the future. Keep it up, docs!
